– 2010, The Beginning
Mr SB Bavu, the Director and Founder of SB Bavu Inc, Holds an LLB Degree (2010) from Walter Sisulu University. Completed one-year articles of clerkship at Elliot & Walker Attorneys in Kokstad in August 2012. Got admitted as the Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in Pietermaritzburg High Court Division on the 12th of September 2012SB BAVU INC ATTORNEYS was established in March 2014. The firm started as ‘Bavu Attorneys and was later incorporated in September 2015.
On the 10th of October 2015, the firm was registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission under the enterprise name ‘SB Bavu Incorporated Attorneys.
– 2014, Director’s Further Qualifications
In May 2017 Mr SB Bavu, completed his Master’s Degree in Labour Law at the University of KwaZulu Natal.
In 2018 Mr SB Bavu, further obtained a Post Grad Diploma in Industrial Relations at the University of KwaZulu Natal.
– 2019, Appointment as the CCMA Part-Time Commissioner
In September 2019, Mr SB Bavu got appointed as a CCMA Part-Time Commissioner which position to date, he still occupies.
